免费、无需密钥、支持 CORS 的 JSON 接口，外加 Atom 订阅和 ICS 日历订阅——统计我们自己追踪到的每一次官方重置公告，给机器人、状态页、菜单栏小工具和 AI Agent 用。

字段含义
kind：regular（常规额度重置）或banked（重置次数/储备重置发放）。scope/scope_label：适用范围的原始值与中文标签，取值见首页历史表「适用对象」列。certainty（仅出现在scheduled里）：announced=官方明确宣布时间，hinted=口头暗示/推断，原帖并未明说具体重置时间。ts为null：表示这是从公开档案导入的早期记录，没有精确的发帖时间，只有date（公告日期）。- 所有日期/时间字段统一按 UTC，不做时区偏移。
next_estimate/odds：都是对历史节奏的统计推算，不是官方数字，也不是预测——两家官方都从未承诺过重置节奏，参考即可。next_estimate的算法是「最近一次额度重置日期 + 典型间隔」，是一个固定日期，不会随时间往后推。它早于今天时，意思是已经超过典型间隔（页面上显示为「已过典型间隔」），不代表会在那天重置，也不是数据过期。需要实时数字请用/api/forecast（每次请求当场计算，含hours_since_last）。odds.model（2026-09-23 新增字段，只增不删）：固定值"climatology"。同一天起odds.result的内容也从按已等待天数条件化的经验概率（旧形状{waited, n, probs}）改成了不按等待天数调整的 climatology 结果（新形状{"1": p24h, "2": p48h, "7": p7d, "n": 历史间隔数}，键是 horizon 天数）——字段名字odds/odds.result/odds.reason没变，但result的形状变了：公开回测（见 重置概率回测）证明旧算法在真实检查点上 Brier 分数更差，站内展示因此换成与GET /api/forecast的probabilities.raw_24h/raw_48h/raw_7d完全同源的模型。odds.reason只剩「样本不足，暂不估算」一种取值（不再区分「已超过历史间隔」，因为这个模型没有「等待天数」这个变量）。events[].page：该条事件对应的单事件详情页链接（含摘要、原帖链接、上一次/下一次互链）。events[].tsvsdelivered_at（2026-09-27 新增，只增不删的可选字段）：ts一直指「官方宣布重置」这条公告发出的时间，语义没变；delivered_at是官方另外确认「额度已经全部到账」的时间（ISO UTC），只有站方查证到明确证据才会填，缺省不代表额度已经立即到账——不少重置是官方宣布后按套餐分批发放，隔几个小时甚至更久才全部到账（真实例子：2026-09-26 这次 Codex 重置，宣布和全部到账之间相差约 18 小时）。没有delivered_at的事件，站内计时卡/等待卡一律显示「已宣布，陆续到账」而不是「已经重置可以用了」这类措辞，就是为了不把「宣布」误当成「到账」。delivered_source是到账信息的出处（可能是纯 URL，也可能是「URL + 中文说明」混写，或者纯文字来源说明）；delivery_note（有则是字符串，没有是null）是关于到账方式的自由文本说明，例如「按套餐分批到账，约 18 小时后确认全部到账」。三个字段都可能不存在于某条事件上，消费者应按缺省处理，不要假设必然存在。stats.median_gap：最近 30 个同日去重间隔的中位数，只含额度重置（kind=regular）——这是全站唯一的「典型间隔」数值来源（数据卡/计时卡/等待卡/og 图/reset-odds 说明页都读同一个数字），重置卡（kind=banked）是官方发放、需要用户在设置里手动使用才生效、不会自动清零额度的一次性权益，混进间隔统计会把「多久重置一次」算得虚假地短。max_gap是另一件事——全历史（不去重、不开窗）里最大的一次间隔，标注「历史最长」，不受这条修订影响。last_date/last30d同样只统计额度重置（2026-09-23 起的口径；字段名字和events[]数组本身没变，events[]仍然原样收录两种类型，靠每条事件自己的kind区分）。stats.last_regular_date/last_banked_date/banked_count是新增的显式字段：last_regular_date和last_date是同一个值，换一个不会被误解的名字；last_banked_date是最近一次重置卡的日期（没有则null）；banked_count是全历史重置卡次数。

如果你在给 Agent 接一个「查额度重置」的工具，直接把 /api/v1/latest.json 当作那个工具的返回值即可：每个产品只有一条最新事件、一份统计、一个预告状态，字段是扁平结构，不用先解析上游嵌套的 resets.json。轮询间隔建议不小于 5 分钟，跟 Cache-Control 一致。

数据口径
本站只收录官方账号——OpenAI Codex 负责人 Tibo（@thsottiaux）、Anthropic @ClaudeDevs 及 Claude Code 团队——公开发布的重置公告原文，不手动填写，也不做预测。next_estimate、odds 都只是对历史间隔的统计推算，两家官方都从未承诺过重置节奏。
数据来源说明：早期历史记录（2026-09-10 以前的档案）导入自 codex-resets.com 与 claude-resets.com 的公开档案，感谢两站开放数据；之后的记录由本站监控官方账号实时收录。转载或展示本站数据时，也请保留这两处来源链接。
变更政策
/api/v1/ 下的字段只增不删：已有字段的名字和含义不会变化。如果将来需要做不兼容的结构调整，会发布新的版本路径（例如 /api/v2/），旧路径继续保留一段时间。

常见问题
这个 API 需要注册或密钥吗？
不需要。/api/resets.json、/api/v1/resets.json、/api/v1/latest.json 都是公开只读 JSON，支持 CORS，无需注册、无需密钥，可以直接从浏览器里 fetch。
resets.json 和 v1/resets.json 有什么区别？
/api/resets.json 是上游数据的原样转发，字段最少，长期保持向后兼容；/api/v1/resets.json 在此基础上加了统计（median_gap 等）、下次重置的预估时间、重置概率、每条事件的详情页链接等结构化字段，供需要更多上下文的场景使用。
v1 的字段以后会不会改？
只增不删——已有字段的名字和含义不会变化。如果将来需要做不兼容的结构调整，会发布新的版本路径（比如 /api/v2/），不会直接改动 v1。
可以用这个数据做什么？
可以用来做菜单栏小工具、Slack/Telegram 机器人、状态页，或者给 AI Agent 当一个「查额度重置」工具的数据源——/api/v1/latest.json 就是为轮询场景做的精简版。
